Yip Thy-Diep Ta, is a true trailblazer in the world of Web3 and crypto, and a leader and role model in the industry. Yip is also the co-founder of DLT Talents, a program created in collaboration with the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center to help close the gender gap in the blockchain industry. She is a governor of H.E.R. Dao, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) dedicated to empowering women in the blockchain industry and providing scholarships and grants for female developers and builders to attend web3 hackathons and conferences.
