The process
No hidden stages. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you submit the form.
One form. Tell us who you are, what you're building, and why now. Rolling submissions.
Our team reads each submission. We look for builders who ship, not decks that promise.
If you're shortlisted, you pitch live on Zoom or Google Meet. Real conversation, real questions.
We tell you whether you're in the soonami program starting 21 October 2026.
Accept by filling out a short confirmation form. It's a no-strings-attached 10-day program with pre-events, where an advisor group of unicorn founders and operators with large exits give feedback on your pitches.
The full feedback is shared with you at the end of the 10-day program, after you share your feedback on the soonami program.
Some advisors are likely to show interest in mentoring you; some may also offer to invest. 1:1 meetings are only facilitated at the cohort stage, which requires an agreement with soonami.
Who gives the feedback
They aren't speakers. They've founded, scaled or exited at unicorn level — and they review your pitch directly.

After the 10 days
soonami backs early-stage Web3 and AI ventures through a twelve-week cohort program ending in Demo Day. It's a separate, optional step — and the only stage where 1:1 advisor meetings are facilitated.
Twelve-week cohort program for early-stage Web3 and AI ventures, ending in Demo Day.
Selected teams receive 100,000 platform credits on signing — usable immediately across the Foundance ecosystem, with no expiry.
In exchange for a 2% stake, calculated on a fully diluted basis at signing.
Credits are what you use to book 1:1 meetings with advisors.
For German UG ventures, we cover the notary costs.
Questions
No. The 10-day Venturethon is no strings attached. Equity only enters the picture if you later sign for the twelve-week cohort program.
At the end of the 10-day program, after you've shared your own feedback on the soonami program.
No. Advisors give feedback on your pitches during the program, and some may express interest in mentoring or investing — but 1:1 meetings are only facilitated at the cohort stage, which requires an agreement with soonami.
They're granted on signing the cohort agreement, work immediately across the Foundance ecosystem, never expire, and are what you use to book 1:1 meetings with advisors.
We screen your Typeform submission. If selected, you pitch live to the soonami CEO, CTO and CGO on Zoom or Google Meet, and we tell you afterwards whether you're in the edition starting 21 October 2026.
Applications are screened on a rolling basis. One form is all it takes to start.
